Wedding Ceremony: 5:00pm PST
Ceremony will take place in front of the famous "Welcome to Las Vegas Sign."
Wedding Reception: 6:00pm
Dinner and drinks (soft drinks, beer, wine, champagne) will follow the ceremony at Mandalay Bay. Transportation will be provided from the Sign.

GETTING THERE
Accommodation
The Bride and Groom are staying at Luxor. The hotel is nearly sold-out for the wedding weekend, however, Excalibar and Mandalay Bay are both connected to Luxor if alternative hotels are needed.
Transportation
Transportation will be provided for all of Saturdays events.
Shuttle will depart from Luxor at 4:30pm on Saturday for the cermony. If staying elsewhere and you'd like to ride with everyone please taxi/walk to Luxor. Following the ceremony guests will be taken to Mandalay Bay for dinner/drinks.
For afterparty transportation please meet in the Luxor lobby at 9:30pm.

WHAT TO BRING
No need to worry about bringing gifts! You've already spent a lot of money to get yourself to this event, therefore we don't expect anything else from you. Soon after we're wed we'll be moving to Nashville. Once we get situated in Tennessee we'll send out cards with our new address and if you are still set on getting us a gift you can do it at that time. =)

After Party!
Chateau Nightclub at Paris Hotel: 10:30pm
The majority of our wedding guests are departing Vegas early Sunday morning so we wanted to do a fairly cheap, simple option for the late night party. Join us at Chateau for a night of dancing, drinking and all around awesomeness that only a Vegas club can bring! We encourage you to purchase an all you can drink package via THIS LINK. You'll get a wristband that gets you either open bar ($48) or open domestic beer ($36) until 12:30am. We tried this special out in October and it worked flawlessly. The wristband also grants you free entry into the club (cover without wristband is $20 females / $30 males).
Dress Code: Chateau does enforce an upscale dress code. Gentlemen must wear collared, button-up shirt and dress shoes. Ladies, toss on pretty much any dress and you'll be fine.
WHAT TO WEAR
You're on vacation so don't feel like you have to get super fancy for the wedding ceremony. Temperatures should be in the upper 60s/lower 70s. Feel free to dress comfortable and casual. You will be included in several of our wedding photographs so make sure it's an outfit you'll want to be photographed in.
Once you get to Vegas we have a bag of goodies for each of you. One of those party favors is your very own pair of Elvis glasses. Bring those with you to the ceremony so we can get a photo with the Elvis minister sporting our shades.
